Our office utilizes digiChart, an advanced electronic medical record system to aid in providing to you the highest quality of women's healthcare.
When you schedule your appointment you will be given a digiChart username and password, which will allow access to the patient portal. Upon entering the digiChart patient portal, you can enter information regarding your current health concerns, as well as your past medical, surgical, and family history. Your physician will use this information to facilitate and expedite your visit to the office.

It is imperative that you complete the digiChart patient portal prior to your office visit. If you are unable to complete the patient portal prior to your office visit, then you MUST ARRIVE TO THE OFFICE AT LEAST 60 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME in order to complete the patient portal via a computer kiosk in our office.
If calling our office between clinic hours (8:30-5:00pm) and you leave a message for a return call, please note that we check messsages between noon-1pm and after 4:30pm. We will return your call within 48hrs. If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency please call 911.
