Our office is open Monday through Friday. We do offer urgent and emergent appointments within 1-3 days. You may request an appointment via our Web site or call us at (602) 298-8977, dial option 1 . If you are unable to make your appointment, please advise our office as soon as possible, this will allow us to keep a flexible schedule for all of our patients.

Please have your insurance information available when you call for an appointment. Our office utilizes Digichart, an advanced electronic medical record system to aid in providing to you the highest quality of women's healthcare.

When you schedule your appointment you will be given a Digichart username and password, which will allow access to the patient portal. Upon entering the patient portal, you can enter information regarding your current health concerns, as well as your medical history. Your provider will use this information to facilitate and expedite your visit to the office.

It is imperative that you complete the Digichart patient portal prior to your appointment. If you are unable to complete prior to your appointment, please arrive to our office 45minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete via a computer kiosk in our office.
